Return conditions

New and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment. To be eligible, items must be returned in brand new unused condition, with all original product packaging (including tags), and any safety seals unbroken.

Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are not responsible for your return until it is received at our distribution center. We recommend that you provide a tracking number to us for reference.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you receive an item other than what you ordered, or if the item appears to be defective, damaged, or missing, please reach out to our customer service team directly at [email protected] and we will assist you.


Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at [email protected]. We make every attempt to cancel your order as long as the product has not left the warehouse. Once your order has been into the shipping and handling process, it cannot be canceled.
